For Sellers – “Cornerstone” consults and analyzes a Client’s home to help them prepare for sale. We offer independent guidance and evaluation to match them with the most compatible Agent available. Our referrals are intended to encourage the Seller to venture into the marketplace with confidence.

For Our Own New Homes – “Cornerstone” lists and sells its new homes. Our reputation for quality home building and honest dealings with cooperating Agents and their Buyers provide a smooth path to home ownership.
