Most of our people are long-time colleagues who enjoy our projects and put out better work, because they know we really are concerned for the person who will live here.
- Timely scheduling –means to set compatible teams in motion together without crowding the job to prevent chaos, discontentment and inferior results. We prefer to take a bit longer to generate higher performance from everyone.
- Cleanliness – Keeping the project clean inside and out, means a safer and more pleasant work environment. Workers see this and hold higher standards to keep things neat and orderly.
- Filling in the gaps – Intensive labor efforts are included to help each trade deliver a more complete performance.
- Photo files, documentation and labeling – Photographic records are kept, of various aspects of the work from start to finish. Particular concern is given to record components buried in the ground or in the walls. We label all electrical plugs, switches and wiring penetrations. HVAC supplies and returns; Plumbing pipes and other mechanical components are painted on the structural floors to guide plasterers and others through to enclose the structure with care.

- Exterior trim is often done using authentic mouldings, rather than square board trim.
- Window profiles are detailed by us and milled, primed and installed on site.
- Handrails and balusters are chosen or milled to be thicker and more appealing than less spindly than modern substitutes, to enhance the true look of the classic traditional home.
- Tile, granite, light fixtures and other accessories are higher quality and more extensively utilized.
- Ceiling detailing – coffers and trays are varied to enhance the uniqueness of each individual home.
- Landscape selections are chosen for size, maturity, variety, and color throughout the seasons.
